The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lake Zurich, Hawthorn Woods and Kildeer police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
Lake Zurich
TRAFFIC
David A. Berrelez, 20, of Jonesborough, Tenn., was charged Dec. 29 with driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to signal when required. Berrelez was taken into custody near the intersection of Ela Road and Maple Avenue. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond and issued a Jan. 20 court date in Mundelein.
Luis A. Cordero-Verduzco, 26, 1 Oak St., No. 3A, Lake Zurich, was charged Dec. 29 with driving without a valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Cordero-Verduzco was taken into custody near the intersection of Highway 22 and East Main Street. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond and issued a Feb. 3 court date in Mundelein.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Matthew W. Hohmann, 19, 54 Hillburn Lane, North Barrington, was charged Dec. 29 with disorderly conduct and failure to yield to pedestrian. Hohmann was taken into custody on the 700 block of South Rand Road. He was released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a March 7 court date in Mundelein.
DUI
Amber R. Robillard, 20, of Colorado Springs, Colo., was charged Dec. 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more and disregarding a traffic control device. Robillard was taken into custody near the intersection of Old Mill Grove Road and Millbrook Drive. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and issued a Jan. 30 court date in Waukegan.
Colette M. Hansen, 27, 1828 Woodland Ave., Addison, was charged Dec. 27 with DUI-alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane use. Hansen was taken into custody near the intersection of Route 12 and June Terrace. She was released on a $100 cash bond and issued a Jan. 30 court date in Waukegan.
Randall R. Bianchi, 21, 24049 N. Forest Drive, Lake Zurich, was charged Dec. 26 with DUI-alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper use of registration and speeding. Bianchi was taken into custody near the intersection of Quentin and East Cuba roads. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and issued a Jan. 23 court date in Waukegan.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
A complainant reported Dec. 28 that unknown subject(s) smashed the windows of her vehicle while it was parked on the 1200 block of Lexington Lane. Damage is estimated at $1,500.
A complainant reported Dec. 25 that unknown subject(s) slashed the tires and scratched the hood of his vehicle while it was parked on the 100 block of North Old Rand Road. Damage is estimated at $600.
A complainant reported Dec. 25 that unknown subject(s) knocked the mirrors off his truck while it was parked on the 600 block of Regency Drive. Damage is estimated at $500.
A complainant reported Dec. 25 that unknown subject(s) broke two windows at their business on the 700 block of South Rand Road. Damage is estimated at $1,000.
A complainant reported Dec. 25 that unknown subject(s) broke 11 windows at their business on the 1100 block of Heather Drive. Damage is estimated at $8,000.

THEFT
A complainant reported Dec. 29 that an unknown subject opened credit card accounts in her name while she was on the 21000 block of Andover Road. Loss estimates were not provided.
A complainant reported Dec. 27 that an unknown subject opened credit card accounts in her name while she was on the 21000 block of North Quentin Road. Loss estimates were not provided.
A complainant reported Dec. 18 that an unknown subject took his iPad from his home on the 20000 block of High Ridge Drive. Loss is estimated at $675.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
A complainant reported Dec. 28 that unknown subject(s) broke the windows of a vacant building on the 21000 block of West Shirley Road. Loss estimates were not provided.
TRAFFIC
David L. Rogel-Morales, 35, 1514 Crimson Lane, Palatine, was charged Dec. 26 driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. Rogel-Morales was taken into custody near the intersection of Long Grove Road and Plumwood Drive. He was released and issued a notice to appear in court on Jan. 18 in Mundelein.
Sandra Maldonado, 27, 21396 N. Boschome Circle, Kildeer, was charged Dec. 20 with driving without a valid driver’s license and driving with improper lighting. Maldonado was taken into custody near the intersection of Boschome Drive and South Boschome Circle. She was released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a Jan. 18 court date in Mundelein.
DUI
Alvaro Ramos, 29, 1621 Deerpath Court, Round Lake, was charged Dec. 24 with DUI-alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more, driving with an expired registration and speeding. Ramos was taken into custody near the intersection of North Quentin and East Cuba roads in Lake Zurich. Ramos was released on a $100 cash bond and issued a Jan. 16 court date in Waukegan.
Mariusz Zych, 40, 584 Windgate Court, Arlington Heights, was charged Dec. 21 with DUI-alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more, driving without proof of insurance and improper lane use. Zych was taken into custody near the intersection of North Deer Park Boulevard and Rand Road. Zych was released on a $100 cash bond and issued a Feb. 17 court date in Waukegan.
DECEPTIVE PRACTICES
Candice C. Collins, 26, 9137 S. Ada St., No. 1, Chicago, was charged Dec. 17 with deceptive practices. Collins was taken into custody on the 20000 block of North Rand Road. She was released and issued a notice to appear in court on Jan. 18 in Mundelein.
