District 95 hires Pittman as assistant superintendent

On Jan. 26, the Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 School Board approved hiring Erin Pittman as the new assistant superintendent for student services.
Pittman is currently the director of special education for Belvidere Community Unit School District 100, where she is responsible for all special education programs in the district from early childhood to transition. Pittman has also worked as a transition coach for SEDOL; as a school psychologist for Lake Villa District 41, Prairie Grove District 46 and the Boone County Special Education Cooperative; and as a supervisor of special education for the Belvidere School District.
She will start July 1.
