Lake Zurich, Kildeer and Hawthorn Woods police blotter for Nov. 20 - Nov. 26, 2012

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lake Zurich, Hawthorn Woods and Kildeer police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Hawthorn Woods

DUI

Anthony J. Reitinger, 47, of 24320 N. Forest Drive, Lake Zurich, was arrested Saturday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He also was cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license, illegal lane use and speeding. Reitinger was taken into custody near the intersection of North Bonnie Lane and North Forest Drive. He was released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a Dec. 12 court date in Waukegan.

Karen A. Guss, 53, of 747 Huntington Drive, Lake Zurich, was arrested Nov. 16 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She also was cited for driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more, failing to reduce speed and leaving the scene of an accident. Guss was taken into custody on the 23000 block of North Quentin Road. She was released after posting $100 cash and issued a Dec. 12 court date in Waukegan.

TRAFFIC

Fernando Perez-Perez, 42, of 1111 Barbara Lane, Wauconda, was arrested Friday and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. He also was cited for speeding. Perez-Perez was taken into custody near the intersection of Hawthorn Drive and East Old McHenry Road. He was released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a Dec. 27 court date in Mundelein.

Lee A. Doetsch, 41, of 367 N. Sussler St., Grayslake, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. He also was cited for speeding. Doetsch was taken into custody near the intersection of Darlington Drive and East Old McHenry Road. She was released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a Dec. 27 court date in Mundelein.
