The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lake Zurich, Hawthorn Woods and Kildeer police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Lake Zurich

TRAFFIC

Joseph E. Rodriguez, 25, of 23961 N. Quentin Road, Lake Zurich, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license, failing to signal and speeding. Rodriguez was taken into custody near the intersection of Bristol Trail and Century Court. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a Sept. 7 court date in Mundelein.

Hugo V. Hernandez, 30, of 811 Porten Lane, McHenry, was charged Aug. 9 with driving on a suspended drivers license, wearing headphones while driving and illegal lane use. Hernandez was taken into custody near the intersection of Route 12 and Miller Road. Hernandez was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a Sept. 7 court date in Mundelein.

Alma P. Arizmendi, 32, of 2413 Dunlay Court, No. 4, Waukegan, was charged Aug. 8 with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. Arizmendi was taken into custody near the intersection of Church Street and Jamie Lane. Arizmendi was released on a $150 cash bond and issued a Sept. 7 court date in Mundelein.

Walter Ochoa, 27, of 206 Waverly Court, No. 1D, Carpentersville, was charged Aug. 8 with driving on a suspended drivers license. Ochoa was taken into custody near the intersection of Route 12 and Cuba Road. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a Sept. 7 court date in Mundelein.

Paul J. Rush, 33, of 37184 Fairview Lane, Lake Villa, was charged Aug. 7 with driving on a suspended drivers license and driving with an obstructed windshield. Rush was taken into custody near the intersection of Routes 12 and 22. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a Sept. 7 court date in Mundelein.

Frank A. Noonan III, 32, of 27568 N. Owens Road, Building A, Mundelein, was charged Aug. 6 with driving on a suspended drivers license and driving on expired registration. Noonan was taken into custody near the intersection of Route 12 and June Terrace. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a Sept. 7 court date in Mundelein.

Claudia I. Torres, 28, of 230 Harvey St., Elgin, was charged Aug. 6 with driving without a valid drivers license and illegal lane use. Torres was taken into custody near the intersection of Ela and Cuba Roads. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a Sept. 7 court date in Mundelein.

THEFT

A complainant reported Sept. 9 that her cell phone was stolen while she was on the 100 block of Lorraine Drive. Loss is estimated at $400.

A complainant reported Sept. 7 that his cell phone was stolen while he was on the 600 block of East Highway 22. Loss is estimated at $100.

A complainant reported Aug. 4 that his gym bag containing his Nike Track spikes was stolen while he was on the 300 block of Church Street. Loss is estimated at $250.

DUI

Roy S. Vincent, 54, of 24400 N. Echo Lake Road, Hawthorn Woods, was charged Aug. 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol. He also was cited for squealing tires. Vincent was taken into custody on the 600 block of East Highway 22. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and issued a Sept. 10 court date in Waukegan.

Michael A. Kahle, 39, of 1136 Stanton Road, Lake Zurich, was charged Aug. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more. He also was cited for illegal lane use and speeding. Kahle was taken into custody near the intersection of June Terrace and Route 22. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and issued an Aug. 10 court date in Waukegan.

DRUGS

Travis E. Jones, 24, of 1914 Country Drive, No. 304, Grayslake, was charged Aug. 6 with unlawful possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended drivers license. Jones was taken into custody on the 200 block of South Rand Road. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance and issued a Sept. 7 court date in Mundelein.

DAMAGE

A complainant reported Aug. 5 that the rear trunk lid of her vehicle was scrathced while it was parked on the 800 block of South Rand Road. Damage estimates were not provided.

A complainant reported Aug. 5 that the tires of her vehicle were punctured while it was parked on the 200 block of South Buesching Road. Damage is estimated at $400.

Hawthorn Woods

DUI

Kimberly A. Bertini, 38, of 2946 Falling Waters Drive, Lindenhurst, was charged Aug. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended drivers license and driving without proof of insurance. She also was cited for failing to signal and illlegal lane use. Bertini was taken into custody near the intersection of North Midlothian Road in Lake Zurich and Oakwood Road. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and issued a Sept. 12 court date in Waukegan.

Nicholas S. Herrmann, 25, of 301 W. Park Ave., Libertyville, was charged Aug. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more. He also was cited for illegal lane use. Herrmann was taken into custody near the intersection of North Midlothian Road and Landover Parkway. He was released on a personal recognizance bond and issued a Sept. 12 court date in Waukegan.

Kyle W. Obrien, 19, 209 Highland Drive, Mundelein, was charged Aug. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Obrien was taken into custody near the intersection of Championship Parkway and North Gilmer Road. He was released on a personal recognizance bond and issued an Oct. 10 court date in Waukegan.

Kildeer

HARASSMENT

A complainant on the 22000 block of Bridle Trail reported Aug. 9 that she received harassing phone calls and text messages.

WARRANT

A warrant was issued Aug. 5 for a burglary that was previously reported from a residence on the 21000 block of North Quentin Road.
